Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days (if not sooner!). Some of our products have longer lead times, usually 10-20 working days. Please note these lead times on the product description page. Delivery times are an estimate and BOKI will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Courier Companies.
We will notify you via email that your order has been dispatched. You can track your order online using the waybill number on your delivery notification email.
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order once it has been dispatched. Outlying areas usually take 5-7 working days.
Absolutely. Please indicate under “notes” that the item/s purchased are a gift and we will exclude the invoice from your order. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would be your address. If you would like to have it beautifully gift wrapped, please add a gift box to cart and add your personised message in the notes section

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on hello@boki.com.co.za to enable us to return and replace it for you.
