🌙 BOKI Shipping & Returns

At BOKI, we know how exciting it is to receive your little one’s goodies. We do our very best to get your order to you quickly and safely, wrapped with care.

 

🚚 Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over R2000.00

  • Free shipping is sent via our Standard Economy Service.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days (depending on your area).

  • If you’d like your order a little sooner, you can select Priority/Overnight Shipping at checkout (extra charges apply).

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: R95.00 (2–4 business days, depending on area).

  • Priority/Overnight Shipping: R165.00 (1–2 business days, depending on area).

⏰ Dispatch & Delivery

  • All orders placed before 12 PM (midday) are dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be sent the next business day.

  • Our couriers do not deliver or collect on weekends or public holidays.

 

⚡ Priority / Overnight Shipping Terms

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be collected the following business day.

  • Friday orders: Overnight orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be collected on Monday and delivered thereafter.

  • Public Holidays: Couriers do not deliver or collect on public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM the day before a public holiday will be collected on the next business day, and overnight delivery will apply from there onward.

🌦️ Shipping Delays

We always aim for the quickest delivery, but please note:

  • Unexpected courier delays, weather disruptions, or high-volume seasons (like Black Friday) may affect delivery times.

  • Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of our trusted courier partners. We’ll always help track and follow up if needed.

💛 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BOKI pieces. If for any reason you’re not fully happy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order (items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).

  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed once items are returned and inspected.

  • Please note: Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
