We want you to feel completely happy with your BOKI order. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

⏳ Our Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

🌙 Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it.

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by your order number.

Please note: Refunds exclude delivery/shipping fees paid as part of the order.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds/exchanges are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

• Refunds will be made back to your original payment method.

• If you opt for an exchange, we’ll dispatch your new item as soon as your return has been confirmed.

• Return & Collection courier costs are at your expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
